Continuing Education FAQs

Yes, you can. Continuing education credit cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative fee.

Seating in classes is limited. We plan ahead to accommodate everyone, but we cannot guarantee that registrants will be able to attend the classes they prefer. Because we can award continuing education credit only to those who attend the class, we recommend you arrive early while space is available.

Procedures vary from state to state. Please check with your state board for exact determination.

The Parker Seminars team is working diligently on the schedule for Dallas 2018. We are pleased to be able to offer up to 16 hours* of DC CE classes, up to 12 CE hours for CAs from Florida or PACE states and up to 12 hours of CE classes for Texas-licensed massage therapists at the event.

We work diligently to process the information from the attendance tracking details, prepare the CE attendance vouchers and mail them to the appropriate locations. You should expect receive notification within six to eight weeks of the conference conclusion.

Replacement copies of credit vouchers can be obtained by the CE department for a charge of $25. Please contact our Continuing Education department for further information and instructions at 800.266.4723 Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm CST.

We are pleased to announce not only DC CE hours but CE credits for Texas-Licensed Massage Therapists and CAs licensed in Florida or PACE states at the Dallas seminar.

You must register for continuing education prior to the seminar or on-site at the walk-in registration kiosk (CE is included in the Registration fee).

  1.  Pick up a copy of the Board Status sheet when you pick up your name badge.
  2.  Attend the classes that are marked CE on your program (not all classes are eligible for CE credits) and have been approved by your Board.
  3.  For your attendance to be recorded, have the bar code on your name badge scanned as you enter and exit each CE session.  Not doing so will negate your hours.  Coming in late and leaving early will affect your overall hours.
  1.  Your attendance documentation will be available in approximately six to eight weeks following the seminar.

As a continuing education provider, Parker University is obligated by the state/province chiropractic boards to monitor attendance in each CE class. This means we must ensure registrants are actually attending CE classes. Arriving late or leaving early will affect your overall class time. Don’t hesitate to ask the CE monitor for assistance or to answer any questions you may have. Please help us help you obtain your renewal hours by following this process.

Some licensing boards respond based on their board meeting schedules. Unfortunately, we cannot predict when we will be notified of their decisions. We will post the information to the website as soon as it is available.

Please check the online schedule. CE classes are designated by legend on the PDF grid schedule.

Your licensing board requires you to have a certain number of continuing education hours to renew your license. Only specific classes/topics are approved by your particular board. Your board requires that Parker University report your attendance in an approved CE class to them. The best way to do this is to record what class you attended – signing in and out allows us to do so.

Please note: Signing into a class and then leaving the class area is not permitted. You must sign in and out for credit. Licensing boards reserve the right to request proof of attendance.

Arrangements are made through Parker University Continuing Education department to provide classes approved by state boards so that doctors may obtain continuing education credits. The additional fee is to offset the costs involved in applying to the boards, processing the attendance vouchers, reporting the accrued hours to the appropriate licensing board(s), and maintaining these records for 5-7 years.

Good news! For the Parker Seminars Dallas event, continuing education is included at no additional charge – just be sure to select the CE Option when you register!

Booth space will be reserved when a completed application and deposit have been received and approved by Parker Experience.

Each company is allowed up to 4 complimentary personnel registrations for each booth purchase. Additional booth personnel registrations are available for purchase.

A $25 return check fee is charged for any returned check. Booth space registration will be canceled unless Exhibitor pays the fee and resubmits payment for the amount of the returned check within 10 days.

All cancellation requests must be in writing. $350 for each space is non-refundable.

Standard booth size is 8′x10′ there may be 10’x 10’ available.

Once you have been approved, you may pick-up your badge at the VIP counter at the registration area of the conference. Badges and badge holders are required for entrance into the seminar, expo, and lunch. If you plan to attend, please RSVP by filling out the form.

Those who have registered for the seminar, but are unable to attend need to submit a cancellation, transfer, or substitution request in writing to the Parker Experience Registration Department. You may fax your Cancellation/Transfer Form to 214-902-2435 or email it to

Cancellation requests received by September 27 at 5pm CST will incur a 25% administrative charge based on the total amount paid.

Cancellation requests received after September 27 at 5pm CST will not be honored.

Business Casual is the dress code for events

The student rate is strictly for those currently enrolled in a chiropractic college°. Those who have recently graduated from Chiropractic College are required to register as a Doctor of Chiropractic regardless if he/she is licensed.

If you or someone you know is leaning toward chiropractic as a profession, have them contact the admissions department of Parker University (800-438-6932) to discuss the prospective student program.

Other college, university and junior college students should register as a General Attendee.


Parker loves children and welcomes children to attend sessions, and children under the age of 17 may attend the conference at no charge. While we do not have specific classes for children, we believe that Parker Seminars is a great way to introduce your family to your career! Children are more than welcome to attend the sessions with parent supervision. We simply ask that all attendees, big and small, remain mindful of the fact that many classrooms are taped and the recording may pick up any sounds. We appreciate your cooperation.

Badges will not be mailed. All badges will be printed and distributed at the conference registration counters. Plan to arrive early to avoid the lines. DC students will need to have a valid student ID in order to receive a student badge. Access to the classrooms, events, or the expo hall require your name badge.
