We’re searching for the fittest of the fittest during Parker Seminars Dallas. The Parker Fit games will feature both male and female contestants competing in rigorous workouts to who comes out on top. Registering for the Functional Fitness and Powerlifting Competition is easy.  Simply sign up for either or both competitions through the Seminar registration process.  The instructions walk you through step by step.

ParkerFIT Functional Fitness Gym ParkerFIT’s Second Annual Functional Fitness Competition will be made up of 3-Female/Male Divisions (Open, Scaled and Novice), and 3-Categories (Overall, Masters 45+ and Student):

  • Fittest OVERALL Female/Male: Open, Scaled and Novice Divisions
  • Fittest MASTERS 45+ Female/Male: Open, Scaled and Novice Divisions
  • Fittest STUDENT Female/Male: Open, Scaled and Novice Divisions

Power Lifting Competition

  • Weight Divisions:
    • Lightweight: Men (181.0 lbs. and below) Women (148.0 lbs. and below)
    • Heavyweight: Men (181.1 lbs. and above) Women (148.1 lbs. and above)
  • Age Categories:
    • Open (39 yrs. and younger)
    • Masters (40 yrs. and older)

COMPETITION DETAILS:

  • Each competitor will fill out a competition card and declare their weight attempts.
  • Each competitor will get three attempts at reaching their maximum weight in the bench press and deadlift exercises.
  • At the conclusion of the three attempts for each exercise, the total weight of the heaviest bench press and deadlift will be added together.
  • The competitor’s combined heaviest weight totals of both exercises will be divided by the competitors total body weight.
  • A score is generated.
  • The competitor with the higher score will be the winner of each division and category.
