  • Registration and payment must be received by the deadline date; otherwise, the next rate will apply.
  • Office Package registration rates vary based on the size of the group. The group must register in one consecutive process. Discounts will be applied on the PAYMENT page during registration. If the group falls below three people, the remaining registrant fees will be adjusted to the applicable rate of the current timeframe.
  • Exhibitor registration is a separate process completed through the Exhibitor – Login.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Requests for refunds or transfers to another Parker Seminar must be received in writing. You may fax your request to 214-902-2435 or send via email to askparkerseminars@parker.edu.
  • Cancellations until August 3, 2020 are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations between August 4, 2020 and September 2, 2020 are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after September 2, 2020 are non-refundable.

Requests for refunds must be emailed to askparkerseminars@parker.edu.

Registrants may substitute another person for the same Parker Seminar at no additional cost. Please fax your substitution request to 214-902-2435 or email to askparkerseminars@parker.edu.

 

Coronavirus Event Cancellation Notice: If Parker Seminars Dallas 2020 is canceled, your order will be refunded in full. Your order cost will be refunded to your original payment method within four weeks of the event officially being canceled. There is no need to reach out to our customer service team in this case, we will send you an email when your event refund is being processed. If Parker Seminars Dallas 2020 is postponed, your order will be valid for the new date. Similar to a cancelation, there is no need to take any action on your end. Once we have confirmed the changes, we will contact you via email with an update.

REGISTRATION FAQ

How does the Office Package work?

We offer a discount if you register three people from the same office at the same time. The first three registrants have a set rate, and we offer discounts for additional registrants up to 10 people. Please see the Registration Pricing for the discount details. The first three registrants can be any combination of DCs, Certified Healthcare Professionals, or Office Staff.

If you would like to add additional people to your office package, please contact us with the name, email, and registration type of the additional office members. If the group falls below three people, the remaining registrant fees will be adjusted to the applicable rate of the current timeframe.

Is there a discount for Parker University alumni?

Parker University alumni receive free seminars for three years after their graduation date. To take advantage of this offer, please register for the seminar using your last name and the email address from which you received the Parker Seminar Las Vegas invitation. If the email matches, the registration will automatically be marked as complimentary.

If you do not know what email we have on file for you or you did not receive an invitation email for the Parker Seminar Las Vegas event, please contact us with your current email address and full name at the time of your graduation.

What is the cost of Continuing Education?

The cost of registration for DCs and Certified Healthcare Professionals includes Continuing Education (CE) where applicable. General Attendees do not receive CE credits. Exhibitors who wish to purchase CE can do so for $25.00 per exhibitor. For additional CE information, including attendance and scanning requirements, please visit the CE page.

Can I Register as a Student?

Yes, we offer complimentary registration to all Parker University students. To take advantage of this offer, please register for the seminar using your last name and Parker email address. If you are interested in becoming a Parker University student and receiving a complimentary registration, please contact our admissions team.

We also offer a discounted rate for all other students. Students are required to show their student ID at badge pickup.
